The Cassatt String Quartet performs Bond’s widely-acclaimed Blue and Green Music on September 15 at Music Mountain Festival in Connecticut. Blue and Green Music was recorded by the Cassatts in 2022 on Albany Records, and has had many performances across the country since. The work is inspired by the Georgia O’Keeffe painting of the same name. In a pre-concert lecture Bond will be joined by O’Keeffe biographer Roxana Robinson at 2 pm.
